Challenge Terms and Conditions: Instagram Coloring Book Challenge 1. Eligibility: The Instagram Coloring Book Challenge (the "Challenge") is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. Participants must have a valid Instagram account and comply with Instagram's terms of use. 2. How to Enter: Participants must follow @dianeroneycreates on Instagram. To enter, participants need to post a photo of their colored page from the coloring book on their Instagram feed. Entries must include the hashtag #SoulFulStitchersChallenge and tag @dianeroneycreates. Participants can mention the coloring page they chose and share their creative process in the caption. 3. Entry Period: The Challenge begins on September 4, 2023 and ends on September 25, 2023. Entries submitted after the end date will not be considered. 4. Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the winners as specified in the challenge description. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. 5. Winners Selection: Entries will be reviewed by our team based on creativity, use of colors, overall presentation, and adherence to the theme. Finalists will be selected from the pool of entries. The First, Second, and Third Place winners will be chosen through a combination of our team's decision and public voting. 6. Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced on September 29, 2023, via an Instagram post and stories on @dianeroneycreates. Winners will also be contacted via direct message on Instagram for prize coordination. 7. Rights and Permissions: By entering the Challenge, participants grant permission to @dianeroneycreates to share their entry photos on Instagram and other promotional channels with appropriate credit. 8. General Conditions: The Challenge is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participants release Instagram from any responsibility related to the Challenge. Participants must comply with all Instagram community guidelines and terms of use. 9. Personal Data: Any personal information collected during the Challenge will be used solely for the purpose of prize coordination and will not be shared with third parties. 10. Changes to the Challenge: @dianeroneycreates reserves the right to modify or cancel the Challenge at any time for any reason. 11.
